The Lionfish with Mark Schwartz – Live Music   Wednesday, 6:30 to 8:30pm

Dr. Mark Schwartz , a dentist in Monroe for 23 years, is thrilled to provide an evening of acoustic pop, rock and 70’s greatest hits featuring music by The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Billy joel, CSN, James Taylor and more.  He has been serving the town of Monroe since 1992, and lends his talents to many community events.  Mark plays guitar, bass, piano and accordion and promises a night of great and popular tunes – requests will be taken. He is especially proud to be performing with his son Robert, on piano. The two of them perform as part of Rob’s band the Lionfish, a 7 person ensemble playing Rob’s original music that he has composed.  We know you’ll have a great night watching them perform songs that we all grew up with and which are the backdrop to many of our lives.

Fred and Ethel – Live Music   Friday, 6:30 to 8:30pm

Joe Tadduni has lived his entire life within a two mile radius of his birthplace. As you may have gathered, he doesn’t get around much anymore. However, musically he enjoys venturing all over the map. This explains the eclectic mix of tunes in his repertoire. With over 35 years in the business he is bound to play something for everyone. Ann Swietnicki has been playing since forever, singing in the shower or into her hairbrush with her sisters. Occasionally known for flashes of brilliance, she makes up for in “flash” what she lacks in “brilliance”. She is the ying to his yang, the light to his dark, and the relief from his “conspiracy theories”. Together they make the formidable team “Fred & Ethel”.
